The fact that my phobia has been increasing lately really scares me and I am trying to do something about it.

I am not scared of day butterflies, altough I don't like them especially. My problem is with moths. I am not scared of moths outside, like in the nature. I have a phobia of moths inside my flat, flying around and being impossible to catch. The fact that their body is hairy and that they can hide everywhere freaks me out. Lately, I had a problem of moths inside my flat. Huge ones like I never had seen in Montréal. It seems like they hang around in my bedroom especially. I am scared of them going into my mouth, my hair, my eyes, touching my skin. Thinking about it, it's the kind of nervous movement of the wings and the irrational love of light that really... makes me irrationnal.
